08/02/25 – We are currently experiencing an issue with receiving some of the forms from our website, so we have deactivated those pages until it is resolved.

We would like to keep the phone lines clear for patients needing medical attention.

So until this is back up and running, you can continue to use the Contact Us Form on the website or email thegrovemedicalcentre@gmail.com to order your prescriptions, sick notes or social welfare certs.  Please include your name and date of birth.
