Appointments can be booked below on this page through Pippo or by calling the practice.  

***PLEASE NOTE*** – If you need to cancel your appointment you must give us 24hrs notice where possible, or there will be a charge, this applies to all patients .  You can cancel by calling reception on 021-4877817, filling in the form on the Contact Us page or emailing thegrovemedicalcentre@gmail.com

If you cancel on the day of the appointment, there will be a charge.

If you do not show up on the day of the appointment, there will be a charge.

Please tell us:

• if there’s a specific Doctor or Nurse you would prefer (you may have to wait longer to be seen in this instance).  If we cannot accommodate your request, you will be booked with one of our other Doctors, Nurses or Phelebotomist
• if you need an interpreter

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you show up late we cannot guarantee you will be seen.

It is the patients responsibility to remember their appointment.  The reminder service we provide is a curtesy and sometimes technology fails for multiple reasons.  Ultimately it is the patients responsibility to remember the date/time of their appointments.

Online booking for appointments continues to be available for our patients. We now offer this facility through Pippo (a smart-phone App downloaded here or at www.pippo.ie). This is the new national online booking system which has been developed to integrate with your medical record on system.
