Appointments can be booked below on this page through Pippo or by calling the practice.  

Due to an increase in missed and late-cancelled appointments, we now require either full payment or a deposit at the time of booking, depending on the appointment type.  Any additional services on the day (e.g. blood tests) will be charged separately.

***PLEASE NOTE FOR CANCELLATIONS*** – All patients must cancel the day before an appointment.  You can cancel by calling reception on 021-4877817, completing the form on our Contact Us page, or emailing thegrovemedicalcentre@gmail.com.  With sufficient notice, your payment can be held as credit or refunded on request.

If you cancel on the day of the appointment or do not attend, a fee of €10 per 15-minute slot booked will apply.  This will be deducted from your payment, with any remaining balance held as credit or refunded.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.  Late arrivals may not be seen.

Please tell us:

• if there’s a specific Doctor or Nurse you would prefer (you may have to wait longer to be seen in this instance).  If we cannot accommodate your request, you will be booked with one of our other Doctors, Nurses or Phelebotomist
• if you need an interpreter

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you show up late we cannot guarantee you will be seen.

It is the patients responsibility to remember their appointment.  The reminder service we provide is a curtesy and sometimes technology fails for multiple reasons.  Ultimately it is the patients responsibility to remember the date/time of their appointments.

Online booking for appointments continues to be available for our patients. We now offer this facility through Pippo (a smart-phone App downloaded here or at www.pippo.ie). This is the new national online booking system which has been developed to integrate with your medical record on system.
